Noble Hill Estate Reserve Red Blend was delicately hand-sorted before being meticulously placed into tanks to begin fermentation. The majority of the wine contains free-run juice with low contact with astringents found in the skins and seeds of the grape. After the initial tank fermentation, the wine is taken to French oak barrels to finish fermenting before finally being bottled and left to mature for two years. The product of all of this hard work is a beautiful expression of the grapes containing moderate tannins balanced with the natural flavors found in the oak barrels. The winemakers released this red blend to be enjoyed from now through 2025.
This wine, filled with dark berries like Blackberry, Black currant, and Plum, entices the palate while the oak lends structure and spice. Beautiful notes of spearmint and spice add character and carry you to the finish. This wine is certainly an employee favorite. Pair it with your favorite poultry, lamb, or venison dish.
