Olivier Morin 'Constance' - Chitry

Olivier Morin can trace his ancestry in the village of Chitry le Fort back for countless generations. Chitry lies nestled in a small valley just at the edge of Chablis, and together with his wife Nelly, Olivier Morin follows his calling to produce and promote the wines of Chitry. 'Constance' shows lots of yellow apple and pear, mingling with white floral notes and just a hint of creaminess - almost like a touch of apple pie in a glass. Pair it with fresh seafood, Camembert or Havarti cheese or creamy sauces.
