Jose Orfila established Orfila Winery in 1905, having purchased land from the founding family of Argentina. Five generations or Orfilas have lovingly nurtured the vineyard ever since. This wine is fantastic when in need of a sumptuous bottle to bring to a friendly gathering or a luxurious moment at the end of a long day. This wine is hearty and carries notes of licorice, cloves, and blackberry. It lingers on the palate with notes of black pepper. Pair with salmon, steak, or a pork tenderloin to make the experience complete.
