Oro de Castilla is a family owned winery that began in 1955 with the first Verdejo being planted in 1992. The stony and limestone soils of Rueda help create the body and acidity of their wines. This medium bodied white has both a wonderful salinity, minerality and well balanced acidity. Notes of Meyer lemon and green apple make this wine an easy pairing with shellfish or a salad.
