The Pasquero-Elia family took great strides to blend this bold white wine from Northern Italy. Roero Aneis 'Elisa' bears the name sake of Elisa, who managed the vineyard during the tumultuous WWII era. This wine is organic, using exclusively sulphur and a natural copper compound in the vineyard, and a manual harvest. Tastes of honey, melon, and pear meet the senses upon tasting. 'Elisa' makes an excellent accompaniment to cured meats, hard cheeses, and lean fish.
