Palazzi - Garganega / Pinot Grigio - Veneto

From the northeastern region of Venezie, Palazzi produces this yummy blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Pinot Grigio. Garganega is an Italian variety from this area that adds stone fruit and floral notes to this blend. The wine spends time on the lees (3 months) before being bottled adding texture and body. Try it with grilled flounder with spring vegetables.
