Palladino - Barbera d'Alba

This classic Barbera is from Barbera d'Alba Superiore - a high quality appellation in the Piemonte region in Italy. Barbera, once known as a table wine, has really come forth as one of the better red wine varieties as wines. They are easy to drink with great structure and delicious flavors of plum, cherry and strawberry. The wine is soft and velvety with fragrant notes of blue flowers. Barbera is amazing with burgers, bolognese and baked ziti!
