This red blend is made of 34% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 30% Petite Sirah, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine yields aromas of blueberry jam, chocolate, liquorice, and espresso. Balanced tannins hold the profile together giving way to a smooth and flowing texture. Finally, hints of black plum, and subtle touch black pepper on the palate become evident on the exquisite finish.
