Sitting atop Remont Hill on an old farm in the French wine designation of Vin de France rests Domaine Pascal Aufranc. Preferring slow farming that pays respect to the surrounding environment, Pascal Aufranc has been cultivating expressive wines since 1990. This pinot gris is grown in clay soils, picked by hand and carefully sorted, then fermented using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Notes of meyer lemon, stone fruit, pear, white flowers, and a nice acidity are present throughout. Store this wine up to 3 years or pair it with soft cheeses and lean fish dishes.
