From the hills of Touraine and Anjou in the Loire Valley, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is crafted with careful attention to detail. Clay and sandy soils allow the vines to retain water and flourish. Each grape is hand-selected to for optimal flavor. 'Le Grand Caillou’ is dry and crisp, with notes of kiwi and citrus, and well-balanced acidity. This pairs perfectly with raw oysters or garlic butter tilapia.
