Paul Nicolle 'Vieilles Vignes' - Chablis

Located in the winemaking town of Fleys, in the middle of the vineyards and only 4 miles from the village of Chablis, this domaine was originally created by Paul Nicolle in the 1950s, and was then revived by his grandson Charly many decades later. Their 'Vieilles Vignes' Chablis is true to a classic Chablis - golden apple, pear, lemon rind and a stony minerality, with bright acidity and a softness on the palate. This bottle would go perfectly with some nice Brie, flaky white fish or foie gras.
