This highly aromatic, sustainably grown, old vines field blend hails from the Sierra de Gata y Gredos mountain ranges of Castilla y Leon, Spain. Comprised of Garnacha, Rufete and Pinuela, this fabulous high-altitude wine was made by a team of Masters of Wine and features delicate rose petal, red currant, cherry, and red plum notes. Bright, fresh, charming and reminiscent of elegant Pinot Noir, this wine would pair with cheeses like Taleggio or pan roasted salmon.
