Brothers Pico and Vitaliano banded together to create the Pico Maccario winerygood in 1997. They are the fourth generation of grape harvesters as the family before them would sell to other producers. Growing Barbera is their speciality and this rosé showcases why. You will find notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, fresh cut grass, and riverstone. Each grape is harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure rich flavors on the palate. Pair this one with a cucumber tomato salad or pan seared red snapper.
