From slopes of Mount Etna, ‘Guardoilvento’ shows a beautiful harmony of Morello cherries, red plum and violet notes, underlied with hints of graphite. Its finesse, as well as its velvety tannin structure, are indicative of the sandy, volcanic soil found here. An easy sipper for these chilly months, it can also be paired with roasted red peppers and pork chops.
