Rooted in the oldest active wine cooperative in Puglia, Produttori di Manduria has been cultivating and producing some of the region’s most elegant wines for many years. They believe in the strong links between the wine and the land it’s grown on, the winemakers have committed to sustainability throughout their production of some of the region's most celebrated wines. Grown on 20 year-old vines, ‘Uni’, made from the Fiano grape, is a dry, well structured wine that is best consumed while it’s young and fresh. In the glass, you’ll find notes of creamy lemon and barely ripe peaches with a little minerality on the finish. Pair with rich seafood bisques, scallops, or roasted chicken.
