Based near the baroque city of Lecce, you’ll explore local wineries producing vibrant whites and character-driven reds shaped by the coastal climate. Two immersive cooking days offer hands-on lessons in traditional Italian dishes, from handmade pasta to seasonal specialties. With unforgettable flavors, warm hospitality, and a true sense of place, this experience guarantees a week of la dolce vita. Join us!

Starting in Bari, our journey explores the heart of Puglia, where ancient vineyards and indigenous grapes define the region’s bold wine identity. In Salento, we’ll discover the powerful reds of Primitivo di Manduria, known for their ripe dark fruit, warming spice, and velvety depth, alongside the elegant yet expressive Negroamaro, the backbone of Salice Salentino wines. These sun-filled landscapes produce wines of intensity and soul, shaped by coastal breezes and limestone-rich soils. We’ll also taste vibrant whites such as Verdeca and Fiano Minutolo, prized for their freshness and aromatic lift, perfect companions to the region’s cuisine like handmade orecchiette, slow-cooked vegetables to fresh seafood and olive-oil-drenched antipasti.
