Radley & Finch - Cinsault Rose

From the Western Cape in South Africa - a large region on the coast of the country - Radley & Finch produce this 100% Cinsault rosé. South Africa has been producing wine for centuries! The cool Benguela ocean current and sea breezes allow for grapes to not only ripen, but to gain complexity as well. This rosé is aromatic, with notes of white peach, cranberry and lime. Cinsault always adds a soft hint of savory herbs and spice as well! Great with curried chicken salad or warm goat cheese over greens.
