Raventos was one of the first wineries in this area to produce sparkling wine in the traditional method. Inspired by the wines of Champagne, Raventos' style is creamy, rich, yet lively! Using the very traditional varieties of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, Raventos has always been focused on Catalunya's old wine culture. Sparkling wine is always wonderful with fried foods, oysters and simple foods like potato chips!
