2015 - Napa Valley
Mike Hirby is a great winemaker in the Napa Valley. This wine comes from The Stagecaoch Vineyard and is 100% Cabernet Franc from 35+ year old vines. The 2015 is sublte and subdued with a bit of bell pepper and leather. The wine is best with a one hour bottle decant.
