A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch and old vine Cinsault from Darling, 'Free to Bee' is fermented in whole bunches and then matured through a combination of Stainless steel and old French oak. This wine was left unfined and unfiltered and is fresh and vibrant.

On the nose, you will find strawberries, cherries, and fennel. The palate is light and juicy, carrying the gentle tannins with fresh acidity.

Pair this red wine with beef, lamb, poultry, goat and feta cheese.
