Planted on pure limestone soils, this wine was produced from 25-year old Nebbiolo vines. The hand-harvested grapes are naturally fermented using only indigenous yeasts. Aged 24 months in large oak casks, you will find dark cherry, plum, spice, leather, and tobacco on the palate.
Pair this wine with Beef, lamb, or even gamier meat like venison. Heavier pasta dishes would also complement this wine nicely.
