Gruner Veltliner
Located in the lower Austrian region of Weinviertel, Martin and Blandine Minkowitch have mastered the production of white wines. This Gruner Veltliner comes from 70 year old vines and is slowly cold pressed with a tree press from 1820, keeping the wine low in tannin and high in enzymes. With notes of kiwi, melon, and passion fruit, this Gruner would pair well with a lemon artichoke chicken or a spicy stir fry.
