Rolly Gassmann is a biodynamic, family-owned winery that dates back to 1661. They only export about 20% of the wine that they produce, so we feel very lucky to be able to get our hands on some! This 100% Pinot Noir is earthy with notes of plum, raspberry, leather and smoke. Pair with a mushroom dish or duck.
