Solitar’ was created to reflect the dry style of riesling from the Mosel Valley. Grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel with cultured yeast, and blended from different lots along the Mosel in order to achieve the balance desired in the glass. Here you will find just a touch of petrol on the nose, followed by notes of lime pith and river rocks. This style of riesling is best paired with cured or smoked fish.
