This estate has been family owned for three generations after being acquired in the 1960s and started as a fun, passion project making wine for friends. It wasn't until 1984 with help of son Pier Franco that the winery was modernized and grew into a larger operation. Today, the winery is made up of 10 hectares and they produce many types of wines including sweet, sparkling and red wines. This particular red is made from 100% Grignolino and is aged in stainless steel. Light tannins and tasting notes of cherry, white pepper, clove and rose make this the perfect wine to pair with starters or white meat dishes.
