Located in the northeast corner of the Barolo appellation, 'Segni di Lagna' was opened in 2011 by Gian Luca Colombo, who spent years consulting for other wineries in Barolo before he decided to start his own project. The vineyard is practicing biodynamic and he makes his wine in a contemporary style with respect for the environment. Each bottle is marked with his fingerprint, indicating his commitment to making unique wine in limited quantities. This is an elegant expression of Barbera that showcases notes of dark fruit and has a lingering finish. Pair with mushroom ragout or blue cheese.
