Chasselas is a grape variety that ripens early and is well suited to cool weather like you would find in parts of Switzerland and France. The Alsace region of France benefits from a semi-continental climate which is mostly sunny, hot, and dry but maintains cooler climates in higher altitude regions like the Alpine slopes. 

This wine is light in body and dry yet maintains approachability and aromatic notes. On the nose, you will find fresh white fruit aromas and floral notes in the glass. Pair this French white with a cheeseboard.
