Signano’s 2023 Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a bright, expressive white from the heart of Tuscany, crafted on organically farmed vineyards in the hills surrounding a medieval town, which inspired the label art. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it showcases the pure character of the native Vernaccia grape, with aromas of white peach, lemon peel, and hawthorn blossom. On the palate, lively citrus and almond‑skin bitterness mingle with a crisp minerality and a clean, refreshing finish. Medium-bodied yet elegant, this wine captures the sun-soaked terroir and traditional style of the region. Serve well chilled.
