From the vineyard of "Santa Rosa" in Colchagua Valley in Chile, Sombras del Sol's Sauvignon Blanc is ripe and tropical. Despite being from the winery that means "The Shadow of the Sun," the grapes are grown in the warm and abundant sun. The resulting wine has tropical fruit flavors, banana, white flowers, and grapefruit. This Sauvignon Blanc would be great with shrimp cocktail or light green salads.
