This bright and complex wine is a blend of 48% Tannat, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, and 3% Malbec. A rich and juicy unmistakable California wine with notes of dark berries, sweet spices, silky tannins and a fresh long finish. Tannat is a notoriously “beefy” varietal and this is a great introduction to it. Pair with lasagna!
