Stephane Usseglio - Ventoux

Now second generation Stéphane Usseglio, has taken over the domaine in the last few years and he is pushing to reach the potential of the family’s holdings, some of he best of Châteauneuf. Not only are they organic, but Usseglio strictly follows biodynamic practices in all of his farming and is Demeter Certified.

Year after year, the Usseglio wines produce some of the best quality in all of southern Rhone. This region Ventoux sits at the foot of the Vacluse Mountains, thus protecting it from a ravaging wine called Le Mistral. Grenache, Syrah and Carignan make up this peppery blend while providing it with some bright red fruit notes and a touch of licorice!
