Stobi - Rose - Tikves

From the new country of Northern Macedonia, Stobi produces this interesting and delicious rosé. The wine is Rkatsiteli and Vranec (a blend of red and white varieties) that make a rosé that is bright, high in acid and citrus notes. The wine has a grapefruity nose and a floral, red berry fruit palate. It's super refreshing and great with grilled and roasted veggies.
