This wine is a blend of grapes grown on ‘Cuadra’ -  a small vineyard block used in a training program created by the vineyard manager - and is maintained by individual workers at this vineyard.  Each crew member becomes the farmer rather than just the worker. Part of the profit is returned to staff in the form of a year-end bonus. Truly a labor of love.

Full of notes of black plums and leather, La Cuadrilla opens with red fruit and tangy, ripe cranberry. You will find balanced acidity with mint leaves, chocolate, and peppercorns. A medium tannic structure leads to lingering red fruit at the finish. 

Pair this beauty with anything off the grill, from burgers to slow-cooked BBQ pork shoulder.
