Hailing from Stellenbosch in South Africa, this is a blend of 43% Cabernet Franc, 36% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon. All of the grapes are hand harvested and the winemakers believe in low intervention winemaking. They have been making this Bordeaux style blend since the early 90's. This wine has a soft texture and showcases brambly fruit, in addition to graphite notes. Best paired with anything off the grill.
