The name Tarrica is a combination of Taryn and Erica, the two daughters of Sam and Valerie Balakian, who own and operate the winery in Paso Robles. This light and fresh Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc shows classic aromas and flavors of stone-fruit and zippy citrus, with a distinctive flinty note on the finish. This wine is bold enough to stand up to a tuna steak crusted in sesame seeds and seared medium rare with an arugula side salad.
