80% Sangiovese, 10% Syrah, 5% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot

The grapes for this blend are manually harvested and then sorted. Next, the grapes are fermented and exposed to air for 15 days in a temperature-controlled environment. The fermentation process is continued in cement tanks. Finally, the wine is matured on its' lees in barrels and cement tanks before being bottled.

This medium-bodied Sangiovese blend is a beautiful dark ruby color. On the nose, you will find cherries, strawberries, and geraniums. You'll experience some bite from sour cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant in the mid-palate while plum, blackberry, chocolate, and spice build out the rest. An interesting touch of minerality-saline on the finish. 

Pair this beauty with Beef or Venison.
