Family owned winery Tenuta Mazzolino is built on respect for their surroundings, focusing on organic cultivation and production. Known for their first-rate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this estate was passed down through generations and is now run by third generation winemaker Francesca Seralvo. ‘Noir’ is a medium-bodied wine that is manually harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and finishes aging in the bottle. Notes of ripe brambleberry and strawberry are met with a touch of spice and hint of balsamic. Pair with aged cheeses, grilled salmon, and bolognese.
