The grapes were hand harvested during the morning beginning at sunrise and ending at noon, ensuring they were picked at peak freshness, before being transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the pure fruit flavors through fermentation. The palate is energetic and balanced with notes of pink grapefruit, strawberries, and white flowers. Pair this with cod baked with lemon and capers.
