A classic Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon! Chile's diverse climate means that a winemaker may choose grapes from different vineyards sites with different climates and then blend those grapes together. This style of blending produces wines with character and complexity! TerraNoble blends Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maule Valley (relatively cool) and the Colchagua Valley (warm) for a wine that has a deep ruby color, soft tannins, and fresh acidity. The fruit ranges from red cherry to blackcurrant with distinct green bell pepper flavors. The wine doesn't see any time in oak, so it pairs well with beef ribs or even grilled swordfish.
