'Large Soif!' (or 'Big Thirst!' in English) is an apt name for this delicious, smooth blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Gamay grown on the schist soils of Anjou in the Loire Valley. This wine has a lovely violet-red color in the glass, and red currant, ripe raspberry and red cherry aromas with a spicy, earthy finish. Enjoy it with braised beef and vegetables, charcuterie or mushroom risotto.
