Started by Malek Amrani and his wife Torie Greenberg after leaving New York City for Napa Valley. With a background in wine sales and marketing, Malek and Torie are a one-stop shop, handling everything from production to designing labels and working the market. All of the wines they produce are small batch and are produced from single grape varietals. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and bursting with notes of Meyer lemon, ginger, pear, and basil, this medium-body white pairs well with seafood or herb chicken.
