With elevations of over 1700 feet, Thelema features some of the highest vineyards in Stellenbosch. This Cab spends 18 months resting in oak barrels. Flavors of mint, blackcurrant, blackberry, cassis, eucalyptus and green pepper are complemented by notes of chocolate and tobacco with soft tannins and a juicy finish.
