Charles Dick, originally from Greensboro NC, is the founder and current CEO of Theoleo wines. Not only does he produce quality wines, but he also dedicates a lot of effort to wildlife preservation. “Theo” represents Theodore Roosevelt while “Leo” represents Augustus Adolphus Leopold, two notable conservationists. This organic Chardonnay comes from Arroyo Seco in Monterey County. After taking a sip, you’ll notice lush fruit and lots of freshness. A glass of this goes perfectly with a cranberry, spinach salad or a lemon butter baked fish.
