Charles Dick, originally from Greensboro NC, is the founder and current CEO of Theoleo wines. Not only does he produce quality wines, but he also dedicates a lot of effort to wildlife preservation. “Theo” represents Theodore Roosevelt while “Leo” represents Augustus Adolphus Leopold, two notable conservationists. Out of Paso Robles, Charles Dick gives us this beautiful and organic Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine isn’t too high in tannins, giving it a smoother profile with some rich, juicy fruit. Pair this with a lasagna or venison stew.
