Tucked away in the Morgon region of France, this certified organic winery is named after owner Thibault Ducroux. While he is a new winemaker, he is no newcomer to wine having grown up in the vineyards with his father as a beaujolais grower. Ducroux currently cultivates 8 hectares of vines with an average age around 50 years. This wine is made from 100% Gamay produced from grapes grown in 2 different vineyards and is aged for 8 months in neutral oak. Tasting notes of crushed violets, dark fruit and herbs complemented by a touch of smoke makes this red a great pairing for Thanksgiving dinner!
