As the first winery to be certified sustainable from Bodegas de Argentina, Tilia Wines have been cultivating 100% organic grapes since 2023. Tilia takes pride in being living examples of their core beliefs which include social sustainability, cultivating land for future generations, and thriving on biodiversity. This light-to-medium-bodied wine is fermented for 21-30 days in stainless steel tanks and has notes of tropical fruits, citrus zest, and honeysuckle. Pair with baked fish in lemon herb sauce, fresh green curry, and ginger carrot soup.
