Timbre Winery 'Supergroup' - Pinot Noir

Wine has always been Joshua Klapper's first love; he's been in the industry for nearly two decades, making a name for himself as both a sommelier and in more recent years, as a winemaker creating fantastic wines from his carefully curated vineyards Santa Barbara County. 'Supergroup' is a blend of Pinot Noir grapes from two of these vineyards, complimenting one another and creating one fantastic bottle! Notes of cherry, raspberry and a bit of earth welcome you on the nose, followed by flavors of ripe red fruit and a touch of vanilla and spice on the palate. Try it alongside seared salmon, roast duck or truffle pasta.
