From a vineyard site only 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean with direct exposure to the cool marine climate, the grapes are grown on mainly granitic soils with high presence of Quartz, taking green shades from other oxidized minerals by the sea mist. This unoaked Chardonnay shows green apple, pear and just a touch of creaminess. Enjoy it with soft, mild cheeses!
