The Tyrrell Winery dates back all the way to 1858 from founder Edward Tyrrell. Located in Hunter Valley, Australia, the estate is currently owned by Bruce Tyrrell, a distant relative of Edward. Bruce is a master vintner and even received the Order of Australia medal for his advancements in Australian winemaking. He created this 100% Semillon full of bright citrus, floral notes, high acidity, and a medium body. Pair this one with a creamy shellfish pasta.
