Undurraga - Pinot Noir

This well-known wine producer hails from the Central Valley in Chile. The cool breezes from the Pacific ocean help to cool these Pinot Noir grapes to build structure and complexity. The wine has great acidity, bright cherry and raspberry flavors as well as a hint of smoke and dried herbs. These underlying flavors would pair well with sweet potatoes!
